This position works with our Singapore colleagues to develop and implement effective BD & marketing plans to achieve the target and assure future growth of our Singapore Institute.
This would include coordination, cooperation, exploit various activities and resources in China.
工作職責
1、制定○和實施營銷和業務發展計劃和戰略，以實現指定的銷◤售目標；
2、識別高增長區域︾及地區、擴大在中↓國的品牌形象；
3、與中冰晶鳳凰大嘴一張國招生代理機構建立良好的工作關系，做好招生和培¤訓工作；
4、與中國當地的大學建立合作關系；
5、和代理一起▆做好招生和參與教育展覽；
6、為學生/家長進行課前咨詢☉，並通過電很賊話、電手上子郵件與學生/家長溝通；
7、與ㄨ團隊緊密合作，以實現理想的學生入他心下也很是不爽學人數、達到團隊目標，並確保學 鄭云峰哈哈大笑生順利入學。
Key Responsibilities
1、Develop event proposals according to admissions needs of our Singapore Institute.
2、Plan, organize and participate in branding and promotional activities.
3、Implement and manage the event progress to ensure the attainment of the objectives.
4、Monitor and control event budgets and negotiates all necessary contracts.
5、Search and closely work with well-established and high potential students/parents.
6、Assess and manage agencies/vendors; develop quality vendor database.
7、Build up the relationship/cooperation with universities in China.
8、Perform other job related assignments as required.
任職要求
1、學歷為本科【或以上；
2、熟悉新∩加坡教育行業；
3、具有出∑ 色的分析、組織、溝通能力和¤創造力；
4、成熟，能夠獨立☆完成工作和具有團隊合作精神；
5、因工卐作性質需要，需淡笑著開口道要經常出差；
6、具有良好的中英文溝通能〖力。
Required Qualifications
1、Bachelor’s degree or above.
2、Over 5 years experience in school admissions or similar fields.
3、Experience leading and managing agency/vendor relationships.
4、Highly-organized with a strong attention to detail and resourcefulness.
5、Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build, manage and influence virtual teams.
6、Self-motivated, with ability to initiate projects and see-through to completion.
7、Excellent project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
8、Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
9、Willing to travel.
